SHOCKING Reviews
“I first met Arei while acting as a subcontractor on a large project. I needed answers so I called the engineer. Not expecting much based on experience. I was pleasantly surprised when Arei answered. She was easy to talk to, had all the answers, and got me back on track. It was a great experience, I refer her often and wouldn’t dream of calling anyone else for my projects. Arei is an integral part of my team now. As a design builder or contractor in general having an engineer you can count on is worth its weight in gold.”

“Working with Arei is always a pleasure from start to finish. She’s bright, creative, and has an incredible knack for turning complex engineering challenges into clear, workable solutions. Arei listens attentively, responds quickly, and genuinely cares about delivering exactly what the client needs (and sometimes what you didn’t even know you needed). She somehow manages to make engineering meetings feel less like work and more like brainstorming with a friend—except this friend can calculate load paths in her head. If you get the chance to work with Arei, take it—you’ll end up with great results and probably a few good laughs along the way.”

“After working with Arei James for nearly a decade, I can easily proclaim the greatness of her professional character and knowledge. Not only is she reliable in her structural education and applications, but she is also perhaps one of the best “team players” any architectural office would want to include on any given project. Specifically, she is intelligent, sharp and witty but also easy to communicate with… a joy to work alongside. I look forward to seeing her impact our industry as she grows S&A Engineers into more than capable engineering firm.”

She is someone who communicates clearly, promptly, and professionally, and always follows up and follows through. This, combined with her outstanding knowledge and wisdom navigating and completing even the most complex projects, is why she is easily my #1 go-to structural engineer and someone who I cannot recommend highly enough.”
